went to Dowleys after a bad run with another dealership. When I entered The Dowleys dealership I was greeted by a friendly face, the receptionist was very helpful and empathetic to my past experience.

During my purchase process it was very seamless and calm. I had exceptional advice throughout the purchase. I was able to view the vehicle in detail and answered all questions I had. I was able to try out my car seats in the vehicle to ensure the size was correct. I was able to test drive the vehicle which was also useful.

The communication throughout the process was excellent, It was an easy and efficient process from start to finish. I felt I was in good hands after a bad experience.

The other members of staff that I have came into contact since my purchase have been very supportive and answered all queries.

Despite having booked an MOT a month in advance in my hometown of Cheltenham, due to unforseen circumstances I was forced to book a last minute MOT in the area I work. Dowleys fitted me in during the busy autumn period with only 3 days notice.

The car failed and they carried out the remedial works and retested in a very timely manner. This help me greatly.

I bought a Hyundai I30 at Dowley’s in August 2023 and they were efficient, friendly and thorough. I was without a car so was keen to get the purchase done quickly which they made happen.
I test drove it and noticed the cruise Control didn’t work but within a week they had fixed it so I was happy to purchase. Mr Dowley was very helpful and dealt with me personally which made me feel valued as a customer. He even completed all documents while I was there so I could drive away as soon as payment was received. My only criticism is that the car I bought was on the more expensive side for the condition it was in. It had been looked after but the mileage it was on meant I thought the asking price for it was quite high. After owning the car for a week I noticed the Air conditioning didn’t work, they did a full service on it and fixed it free of charge. Overall a very positive experience and I would be happy to visit again for servicing.
