They have generally been ok .
I ordered an exchange armature the correct model as well , so I eventually got the replacement but it was packaged incorrectly, one end was wrong , I contacted them and no issues they sent a replacement points end , the problem was all the condensers and the insulator and thread boss were all potted into the old end cap , I've sent two emails and no reply about , unfortunately the internal recesses are really different , after more than a days work I got it out ground it to a square shape drilled and tapped a hole and counterbored it , removed and re soldered the capacitors and finally got it on , A bit dissapointed they should have send me the correct condenser holder that fitted that end cap .

Great supplier of parts for British bikes. No messing about-good honest business. They even make bits - I got a toolbox made for my 1958 M21. The website is clear with a great catalogue complete with diagrams to make it simple identifying the exact part needed.
