They replaced my front coil springs successfully. But they ordered extra stuff which they said they 'might' need and then seemed to need all of it, I only found out when it turned up on the bill. Not sure if that's an indication of over-working the problem or preparedness.
Also they said they would fill up my fluids and didn't, which really annoyed me.

I would highly recommend Draycott garage in Didcot
Been going there for a number of years
Staff are polite and professional and very friendly.
I always feel comfortable going there.
I had a loud vibration under my car I thought it would cost me a fortune they fixed it there and then in a few minutes no bother no trouble.

They charged me £180 just to tell me that the air conditioning needs a blower motor and resistor, costing £700. These parts would cost less than £250. They quoted 3.5 hours of labor at 60/hr. When I got home, I opened the bonnet, noticed the air intake was loose, secured it with a zip tie, and fixed the problem. Also, someone left muddy footprint on the dashboard, mind you the car was valet only a week prior.

I would avoid unless you're desperate.

I went in this morning and explained that I booked online but unfortunately they hadn’t recieved my booking. The guy that served me asked when my MOT was due and when I said today he managed to squeeze me in! When I collected my car he was so kind and I honestly can’t believe how easy they made MOT day!
Any of the lower ratings I wouldn’t be taking much note of, now I know these guys are here I will be using them in future should I need to!

I have used them for more than 5yrs and they have kept my 24yr old Volvo going well. For the latest MOT I knew I needed new back springs, shocks and handbrake. They did a great job and charged me a little less than they quoted. I will continue to use them and will have my timing belt renewed next month. When young I used to do all repairs myself and very happy to find people I can trust now I have a lot of miles on my clock like my Volvo
