Ordered a double dual cotton mattress warmer and after 4 weeks it didn't arrive (after waiting 3 months for it to be back in stock in the first place). Contacted customer service only for them to tell me it's out of stock and to then send a refund to someone else's account. No effort made to let us know the product was out of stock despite taking our money

Avoid At All Costs! One star is being generous!

Ordered a heated throw over a month ago as a gift. Still has not arrived and no delivery update.

Customer service beyond useless, I would have got a better response from my dog. Emailed, I did get a response, saying it hasn't been dispatched and not sure why. Told they would find out and get back to me, two weeks later still no reply, even after multiple emails chasing. I decided to call, again not much better there either, the call taker said 'looks like it hasn't been dispatched', for some reason they couldn't help on the phone and has to make 'enquiries' and would call back.... still waiting on the call back. I could have told them it hasn't been dispatched.

Looks like they can't even figure out how to dispatch bulk orders to retailers as resellers have been out of stock for months! So I'm not holding my breath. I think a credit card refund is on the cards!

I could have knitted my own heated blanket in the time they have taken to dispatch my order, and I have never knitted in my life.

Like others, I purchased an electric blanket weeks ago that has not been dispatched. Dreamland has offered no delivery update and just send cut and paste email replies. When you call the customer services line, a lady takes a message and says someone will call back (they don't). I have had to escalate with PayPal. Good products (I have received one as a gift previously) but don't order direct through them.

The worst customer service, the brand new blanket that arrived was faulty. They promise to call you back and never do or hang up on you. Their email service is no better just keep saying customer service will be in touch despite that supposedly being customer service email. Had to raise a dispute with PayPal to reclaim my money. The "2 year" warranty is a scam, they won't even fix an issue after 1 day

Having ordered previously and no issues I had no hesitation in ordering again from Dreamland Uk
I placed an order again this week (6th February)for an under blanket. Order email came through but on Wednesday I checked my order status and it was still showing as processing….. I then had a look on trust pilot and I found the reviews to be horrendous. Needless to say I panicked. Arrived home on Thursday and my order had been delivered. No issues at all. I’m in Northern Ireland so I definitely can’t complain about the service. I remember from my last order it was about the same time frame from order to delivery. I love our heated under blanket and this one is a gift.

I ordered a heated throw from Dreamland. I had received another as a gift, so I contacted Dreamland to cancel this order.
Even though it had not been despatched, I could not cancel this order.
I then had to wait a week for it to be despatched, then refuse the delivery, so then this package would get sent back to the warehouse.
Absolutely ridiculous!

Its now 3 weeks after I ordered this and still waiting for a confirmation that they have received it back.

Blanket went faulty, contacted customer service who sent a returns label but did not have any replacement stock so advised upon return a refund would be issued. Tracking shows return received over a month ago and I am still waiting for my refund. They have so far failed to respond to my last two emails regarding getting my money back.
