Having shopped around various places for a new mattress, we found Dreams Cheltenham to have the most helpful staff and a large range to choose from. On the day we made our decision we were served by Dylan, who was a pleasure to deal with. He made what could have been a dull chore an enjoyable experience. The delivery chaps were also excellent.

Can I say that this has been added a few months after our purchase. But the experience was so good at the Cheltenham store that we made a purchase there and then. We had been to another bed retailer, but my wife did not like the salesman. Anyway technology and what seems like quality products swayed us and the mattress has been brilliant and offers a good nights sleep. The free topper that is meant to cool you down is probably a claim too far!!! But we were happy with our experience.

The guy greeted us, we were then put on sleep match after choosing two beds in two hours!! We were given two pillows to try on mattress. We were offered a drink as we were placing the order. We found the salesman to be very knowledgeable and finally we chose the beds we wanted only to be told Out Of Stock. So went thru it all again and agreed we wanted to wait until Dreams could deliver to us.

Absolutely brilliant customer service from the store manager and employee Dylan - who was only on his second day. They were both brilliant and customer service was excellent. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to buy a new bed! 🙂

Fantastic service during my visits today, both times from Kevin. He was helpful, super easy to get along with and gave insightful advice into picking a bedframe/base.

The Sleepmatch system (the fancy bodyscanning thing) feels like a gimmick but the recommendations it gave all seemed super comfy.

She measured us up for a mattress, explained in detail how mattresses vary and walked us round all the appropriate mattresses suited for us. We bought an amazing Tumpur mattress with the additional help of Ian. We cannot rate them highly enough. Thankyou
