The DSM stainless worktop is the highlight of my renovated kitchen. It is the first thing that people notice when they see the room. Having used it for a week, I am certain that the quality of the build and the materials is exceptional. Thick backing board makes the worktop very rigid — there is essentially no wobble on my tall kitchen tap. The surface is smooth and easy to clean. The seams are nicely welded and the turnbacks are all smooth and uniform.

I contacted various companies before choosing DSM, and seriously considered one other. The reason that I chose DSM, beyond their price and online reputation, was that they clearly cared about my job. They replied to my emails promptly, but after having read them carefully. They listened carefully to what I wanted and figured out a way to deliver it. I had the impression that they set high standards for their own work, even where cutting corners would be possible. I recommend them without hesitation.

Can't recommend this company enough!
They produced a bespoke sink liner for me.
As a private client with little technical knowledge, they supported me in creating the very best solution for my needs. Communication was brilliant and their friendly professionalism reassured me that I had chosen the best people for the job. (A special thanks goes to Gareth!) Their 'made in England' product and workmanship is impressive to say the least. They are clearly proud of what they produce, which you can hopefully see in the photos of the high quality final piece in situ.

DSM completed our dream kitchen with professional aplomb.

DSM Industrial Engineering Ltd provided an excellent service, manufacturing and advising on a fabulous deep, extra-large sink to our requirements. The stainless-steel sink with chic draining board was integrated in large stainless steel worktops with folded upstands (no joins). We requested an extra-deep surface, with overhang to fit cupboards built by a carpenter.

This was all done with attention to detail, checking precise measurements and with excellent guidance on ensuring that the steel would fit. It was made with millimetre accuracy, also ensuring that the finished section could be fitted into the space without any practical problems.

Sadly we are moving house. Happily we will be able to create another great kitchen and we look forward to working with DSM again.

I have nothing negative to say about them. Stefan who handled my requirement and quote was/is excellent and very helpful. I ordered a "commercial sink" type unit made for my kitchen. I wanted a very large 600 mm x 450 mm bowl. I cut out the old sink and counter top and slide the new one in. I then build my under-counter around it. One may ask why not buy one off the shelf, as its less expensive but I had service pipes against the wall that will need to be modified. So either buy one off the shelf (less expensive) and modify the pipes (costly plumbing) or get a new sink unit made (a wee bit costly) to fit the pipes (minimal plumbing). Total amount spent would be about the same. When the unit arrived at my door, I thot OMG what have I done, thinking it would look very very very out of place, like a white elephant. Now I think it looks OK. Not to everyone's taste but OK.

I required a shallow sink as I'm in a wheelchair and need access under the sink. As no off the shelf sinks were available I searched for a company who could offer a custom made item. After asking a number of questions, DSM came out as the preferred supplier.

Gareth was extremely helpful in ensuring the dimensions and corner radius were correct. Different options for the drain position were also available.

The finish is perfect and I would recommend DSM without any hesitation.

DSM made a bespoke stainless steel sink for me to go into a very non-standard sized hole in my worktop. It has come out exactly how I envisaged and I'm really pleased with it. They were professional and easy to deal with and clearly take pride in their work. Getting a bespoke sink isn't cheap - but it's a lot cheaper than new marble worktops! I'd certainly recommend them to anyone wanting a quality bespoke sink or other stainless steel item.
