Experienced a loss of pressure on my Slipstream Pro20 pressure washer. Called for troubleshooting support. Help was at hand but unfortunately could not resolve. Drove to Dual Pumps thr next morning arriving 8:30 when they opened. Without quibble, parts exchanged, tests complete and under 2 hrs later I was on my way and able to finish a big job from the day before. SID was fantastic. Simply excellent.

Completely useless. First of all, this company could have asked where to leave the package if I wasn’t home at point of sale, and pass this info on to the courier.
I received a text from DPD to give the driver instructions, AFTER HE HAD ALREADY BEEN.

Instead of leaving the parcel with a neighbour or placing it somewhere safe, they take it to a drop shop which is not fit for purpose, an understaffed Morrison’s that had a queue of 14 people waiting for parcels. I did not have time to wait. The parcel then gets returned to the sender after only 5 days. Pumps and pressure asked me to pay again to have it redelivered.

A simple instruction box on the payment page of their website would save a lot of problems!

I receive 8-12 parcels for my business every week. This is the first time one has been redirected! It’s also the first (and last) time I’ve purchased anything from Pumps and Pressure.

The most annoying thing about this is, the items purchased were small enough to post through a small letterbox!

I am now without the items and I lost the shipping fee. I’ll just stick to buying on eBay, more reliable!

Poor customer service and poor communication from them and the courier. No emails were sent to track my package, only delayed texts!
