Would not buy a wooden climbing frame again. The delivery service was really good that’s why they have got 2 stars, however the climbing from is full of rough wood that needs to be sanded and a good few deep splinters, They need you to drill so many holes that could easily be done in the factory process.
I am one that always follows instructions but these were so all over the place I had to guess some of the steps. You will need a socket set as the nuts can’t be reached by a spanner (most people won’t have them)
You need to be very competent as a joiner to be able to put this together, I’ll be honest I haven’t complained about the issues because I can

This is my 4x3 Avon log cabin that I have as my nail salon I love it from delivery to working in there has been a dream took my hubby and son in law a weekend to put it up they said everything fitted perfectly no bits missing everything in perfect condition I am so so pleased absolutely thrilled and have recommended dunster house to everyone…..just need for consistent dry weather to seal the outside and put up guttering

I ordered a Dunster House porch to replace my original one which unfortunately succumbed to high winds. I was very impressed with the quality of the porch, which was delivered on time and at a reasonable price.
Following its erection I was even more impressed by the appearance and sturdiness of the design.
Since it was erected I have received nothing but compliments from neighbours and passers by, and would certainly recommend Dunster House to anyone.
Many thanks for restoring some much needed shelter to my front door and anyone calling during inclement weather!!

Before picking Dunster House for my summer house,I visited a number of different companies and found that this was the best one for me a 74 year old diy person. The delivery was very Quick from ordering which was great because the weather was not looking good.On delivery of the product I checked everything and nothing was missing. Reading the instructions on the build process for the summer house I found easy and set about building it between showers. The only time I needed help was in the final stages of build putting on the doors and doing the roof.All in all an excellent product and experience. I would recommend the the company and product to anyone.

Decided to upgrade my old metal gazebo and chanced upon this company and this model at a great price. Updated every step of the way from order to delivery. Phone call from driver when they were en-route. Very friendly delivery team and I had a later phone call from admin to apologise that they had left part of my delivery on their wagon (a roll of roofing felt) but would drop it off the next day.?. Now that's I call customer service - I hadn't even realised so they could have said 'tough luck' but they went out of their way to fulfil the order. . I would definitely recommend this company....and my gazebo looks fab!!!

So disappointing, I bought a shed for about £1000, but the doors are warped and so don't close properly. Dunster will not replace them saying this just happens sometimes! I recommend using an alternative provider who will make sure the doors shut!

Although the gazebo looks great. I had a terrible experience with delivery. Due to incorrect data panels being delivered, even though on my receipts had the correct panel information, I had to incur a full days labour and my gazebo was could not be fixed due to not having the correct parts. I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service and no consideration for the fault of the company.
Do consider your customers.
Will never purchase from this place ever again.
