Had new floors laid at levels suitable for product supplied by this company. Quote received a year ago but build took longer than expected.
Eventually received a new quote for sports flooring installation after weeks of reluctance. Another month on and now refusing to honour the quote and refusing to do the job. Months wasted with our job on hold and now we have to find an alternative with unsuitable floor levels. Appalling service 😡

Durant installed a new scoreboard at the ground earlier this season. Whilst the installation process was completed, the communication was unprofessional from start to finish.

We were unaware when the installers were to arrive at the ground and at two separate points Durant threatened “to leave the job” and “forget it” during the process. We are disappointed that the employers installed the scoreboard without taking spectators into thought. We will be moving the board in the Winter via our own means without support from the company that installed them.

I have also recently contacted Durant via a separate body and they have failed to follow up my communication. I will be using another server in the future.
