I eat here a few days a week and then turnovers could just do with a little bit more fruit in them but nevertheless less there still good and I always buy a few and then there there pasty and chicken pieces pork chops sandwiches and sausages roll and the list goes on it's always hot and cooked on the day go in it U peckish as it's good value for money.

If your are looking for a great butchers then this is the one. Dave , Ant and the team do a great job .They do all types of excellent meat and its always fresh and tender. I have never had a bad turkey and have had one for over 15 years. Looking for a hot snack at lunch then they do the best sausage rolls and puffs. Keep up the great work

Friendly staff, always have a great selection of meat and if they haven't got it they will order it in for you, very clean to a high standard, the hot counter always has what you want, the burger puffs are amazing and a must try if you haven't.
I prefer D.W.G to any other butchers and they are my local too.

1st time visiting lovely friendly staff, lots of choice at reasonable prices and the hot counter stuff is tasty i had a pasty which was delish and hubby had burger with cheese puff he loved it, definitely be returning.

i always buy sage and onion sausages and have always found them delicious but over the last approx6 months the flavour has become so mild . Please put the flavour back in .
