We got kept up to date at each part of the process. Really pleased with the videos! I got slightly worried after reading some reviews just after Christmas about people not hearing from them or getting their tapes back, but I emailed and got a reply to say that they were absolutely snowed under and everything was just taking a little longer than normal. I think some people want things done super fast these days. But I am happy for something like this to take as long as it needs, it’s not like you can rush it! The tapes arrived a bit later but the results are fab. All online and organised. Absolutely fantastic. Thank you so so much. My parents are over the moon. These tapes were so close to being broken, it’s wonderful they have been restored now to a digital format. It’s well worth the wait.

The experience was great,from sending & receiving back my tapes was very professional.I needn’t have worried. Then we played the childhood memories on the tv with all the family gathered around. It was such a joy to see the smiles on their faces as they relived those memories.

Good service overall. Took slightly longer than hoped for but Christmas holidays were partly to blame. The USB stick sent had a fault but this was overcome by Each Moment adding the 17 files to the cloud for download. Very happy with quality of files which were taken from old 8mm film and collection and delivery service first class.

Really happy with the fact that I can watch old videos anywhere. Was an easy process to send videos/tapes and all was sent back. However it took a bit longer than I expected but I was able to call the company and ask what was happening and they were beer informative. Will be sending more videos to be done. Definitely recommend.

Great service and did an amazing job of converting our rolls of 8mm cine film. Super easy service to use and given that it was the Christmas holidays really quick. They kept in touch during the entire process. Would definitely use them again. 10/10

Each Moment digitised 2 x 8mm film reels and a video. I can say with hand on heart, what a happy journey. Thank you for this incredible service that you provide. I loved the fact too, that you are local to me. I can now with family, enjoy My mum's and dad's wedding from1958 and a film of me and my sister from 1964 and a video of my own children from the 1990s. Thank you so much. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

I found this company online, after my father died. They brought to life his voice on an old reel to reel tape that was over 60 years old. The sound quality is amazing and it's as though it was recorded yesterday. They also converted video tapes and wedding tapes. The best money I've ever spent. You can't put a price on memories.

Great experience, seeing old cinefilm from over 60 years ago was mindblowing. The only tiny niggle I had was that I did not know that when you have your films loaded into the cloud it takes a while, 2-3 days. This initially made me think that they had not been able to do all the items I had sent as I expected them to all be there immediately. That said I would highly recommend EachMoment it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. 10/10
