Catherine was very welcoming, friendly and kind.

Her practice is lovely and well situated in Lymington.

After explaining my issues she proceeded with a hearing assessment and an earwax removal, she acknowledged my worries and adapted the procedure, the ear wax removal was successful, it was painless and Catherine was very gentle in her approach. I appreciated Catherine's advice.

I would thoroughly recommend her, she took her time, i didn't feel rushed in any way.
