I like to sit on one of the benches after i have been shopping in the village, and have my takeaway latte from Bryers, as a treat. The park is popular with young families and children, but quiet during weekdays. The rest of Meadow Park is delightful and currently full of wildflowers. The monthly Friday afternoon artisan market is worth a visit, too.

Be very aware of the metal gates. My 5 year old son was thrown to the ground yesterday after the gate bounced back hard and hit him in the head. His head was split open and he will have a deep 2 inch long scar for life. The gates should be much safer for children in this day & age.

Lovely park, nice and clean with lots of places to explore. Also plenty of bins which helps when dog walking! Great for all the family.

Nice park but will be better when all the amenities are available to be used again as half the park still locked to prevent access

Fun little park well maintained .swings, slides etc. All in good condition + a well kept skateboard area.
