After dealing with multiple solicitors, Kim and Adele were a breath of fresh air. The most notable thing was that they were readily available. Whenever I called, they answered their direct lines immediately, not once did I have to leave a voicemail or request a call back.
Other solicitors had baffled us with legal jargon but here we felt we could call and have everything explained in layman's terms without prejudice. Kim and Adele stepped in towards the end of our process and I would highly recommend both of them as file handlers. They were empathetic, efficient and personal.
I'm glad we had the opportunity to work with them and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Hannah and Jade were very friendly and patient with me during my first time buying a house. They answered any questions I had no matter how silly or obvious they were quickly and professionally. Made a claim against my old employer for an injury sustained while employed.
Service recieved from yourselves was not great, had to continuously chase yourselves for updates, files are clearly not read correctly as keep being told different things and asked the same questions over and over, i dont feel you got the best result for my claim.
Ended up agreeing as it had been going on for so long

Was referred to these people fir an injury claim. They didn't listen properly or review anything correctly. I don't think they are very good at this element of the law and would not recommend
