I'm a pretty handy guy and armed with the installation video I felt confident that I could install the VOLspeed 4 on my Giant Explore E+1GTS. Got it connected and programmed successfully but could not manage to get the wires all tucked back in after about an hour of trying. Took it to my local bike shop and they felt confident they could get it back together. Four weeks later, they gave up, and I was very frustrated needless to say. Luckily my local ebike dealer was able to do it in a couple of hours! First ride today and I am so thoroughly impressed I had to write this review. Went 60K on a rather hill route and the wind was significant. Kept it mostly on Eco, but went all the way up to full assist on a few big hills. I was able to maintain 40 on the flats in Eco with some good effort, and 45 on level two. couldn't be happier! Thank you Ebike tuner!!
