We recently had a large timber porch and french doors replaced with Ecotherm products. From start to finish we enjoyed excellent customer service, From Joanne in the showroom to Patrick visiting our house, to the detailed survey, everything was wonderfully professional.
The doors and windows were ready ahead of schedule and the fitters Ian and Liam did an amazing job of fitting them .I cannot praise their care and attention enough! They were allowed loads of time for the job so everything was meticulous even to Ian rescuing a hook off the old doors which had been taken away. Wonderful job guys!
A couple of weeks later we had a small problem with seal and someone was out to us same day to adjust the hinge. Brilliant customer care!!!
Would definitely recommend this company.

We used Eco Thermal Design to replace our old windows and doors. We were extremely happy with the whole service provided, from the assistance from Joanne in the showroom to Patrick coming to measure and finally Ian and Liam coming to fit them the whole service was amazing. Thorough, tidy and efficient we would definitely recommend.

Eco Thermal Design fitted our doors in May and did a brilliant job.
We didn't hesitate when we decided on new windows and called Joanne. Patrick came and discussed the design and fitting, ever so helpful. Once again Ian and Liam did the fitting and provided the same first class service. We highly recommend this company. Great team.

We’ve used Patrick, Rob and the team at Eco Thermal now 3 times and I would never go anywhere else! This year they installed 26 residence windows and 5 solidor doors as part of renovating our cottage. The price was very reasonable, Patrick came to see us personally to make sure everything was going well, Jo on the phones is brilliant, and Rob is the best window fitter in the UK. I’ve even had other tradesmen comment on the skill and tidiness of Rob and the guys doing the installation. Highly recommend!!

We knew we wanted Schuco bifold doors, and they didn't disappoint. You get what you pay for, and it was a fair price from Eco Thermal. Paul made a site visit to meet our builder to ensure a perfect indoor / outdoor threshold and this definitely paid off as the doors look stunning. Aftersales very good, had a minor hiccup post fitting and this was sorted swiftly. Recommended to family and friends. Thank you Paul & co. The Croft's.
