Had a custom PC built by ECS 2 years ago and got my monitor from them too. They even helped me figure out what build would be best for me at the time as I'm not too knowledgeable on these things. The PC and monitor have had absolutely 0 problems since then and I would 100% buy from them again!

I've used ECS a couple of times in the last few months, once for a repair to my laptop and once to buy a new power cable. Both times they were very efficient, helpful and friendly. My cable cost a little more than it might have online, but the guys tested it to make sure it was the right one so the couple of quid extra was worth it for the peace of mind.

What an excellent company. Issue with computer that was not able to be fixed via remote intervention. We are still shielding, computer is vital for us for ordering food / prescriptions etc. Guys from ECS , came and collected computer, fixed it, and returned it all within 24 hour period. Full PPE worn by engineer on both occasions. A truly effective, efficient, professional and very caring company. Thank you so much. Sue.
