Outstanding Family Run Company, with traditional values!
Called yesterday (Monday) in a tizzy as needed some fixings fast, spoke to a lovely woman called Helen, she explained they were extremely busy processing orders that had come in over the weekend from their online outlets and to maintain fairness to all customers said all orders are processed in the order they are received. (Fair enough) So I obviously tried my hardest to charm this extremely professional and knowledgeable lady, I’m surprised to say it worked as all parts I ordered arrived correct and earlier with the postman this morning.

The products supplied were of good quality and fairly priced. However they operate a high fixed price for postage which is much higher than the actual cost of postage. They refuse to consider refunding excess postage charges.
