I’m done. Well and truly done. I used these guys last year for a few months and every single week there was an issue with defrosted stock. Rep has visited regularly since and eventually I relented and gave them another chance on the promise that stock would arrive at the correct temperature, but nothing’s changed. Last week’s delivery was barely acceptable and this week it’s all defrosted.

I’ve no doubt in my mind that the stock I’ve rejected will be straight back in their freezers and back out to another customer tomorrow, who’s blissfully unaware that the food has already been defrosted once.

If you care about your customers and your reputation then go elsewhere. These people don’t care about food safety, they only care about their bottom line. Pay a bit more and your business and customers will thank you.

Everyone should avoid this company, they are lazy and have big faces, but they don't want to work. They want the driver to work in unloading. A driver is a driver, not an auxiliary worker. There are lazy people here… 👎👎👎
