Pretty poor service to be honest. They asked for a £250 deposit for a call out. Promised someone would be there within 3 days and then didn't turn up on two separate scheduled times without any notice. We had to chase them. They then turned up very late on the third attempt, told us we needed an entire new unit without making any efforts to fix the current one. They gave us a quote for over £2.5K+VAT.

A different compnay quoted us well under £1K and say that I have been taken for a ride.

Would not recommend again.

I own a Property Management Company and can safely say these guys are the best we have used in over 25 years. For all servicing such as lift maintenance/small repairs. They have also recently carried out a huge refurbishment to a lift from the 1960's which has been brought up to current standards and this was a very seamless exercise. They make our jobs easier.
