Firstly. Exemplary customer service, and truly extraordinary. Super friendly on the phone and on email. I ordered an Akubra hat and it arrived swiftly, very well packaged and I have never been so pleased with the prompt service.

I was so impressed I bought a second Akubra hat, and I had a complication due to my own picky nature! I contacted them and they were easy to work with, friendly and helpful. They I formed me of more things recommended for my work and was very down to earth on the phone and helped avoid any complications in my change of order.
