I bought about 30 + Baltimore Outside Lamps from this company and they are the worst designed outdoor lamps you have ever seen. Don't waste your money here as they all leak when it rains and you will forever be calling out an electrician. I called the company and explained the situation but the MD didn't want to know !

Was greeted this morning by Vicky who spent time answering my questions and helping with my purchase. I would highly recommend Elstead lighting,the showroom is massive with the best display of lighting I have seen and the service was first class.

Amazing selection of lights. Particularly unhelpful staff. Was in store for over an hour and staff do not approach to offer help. Not customer focussed - perhaps better for trade. Also found two lights half the Elstead price at KES lighting. Worth double checking on KES before buying here - free delivery too!

After purchasing some lights a few years ago I noticed one of the connectors was becoming brittle. I contacted Elstead with the problem and they immediately provided me with replacements. The customer service and communications cannot be faulted. Many thanks particularly to George.

We spent almost the best part of £5000 with Elstead and received truly dreadful service. The light fittings were old stock (2013) and 2 chrome fittings were returned damaged even though they had QC stickers on.
We returned a kitchen island light 3 times due to damage. We had no apology or compensation even though the light we eventually accepted (still scratched) was 7 months after our original order.

Absolutely appalling service. Bought 9 garden lights for £2,000 which turned out to be faulty. Elstead wouldn't replace them and said it was an installer issue. Totally unfair and not correct. Do not use them. Truly awful service from Andy Young (Head of Quality & Compliance), Alistair Ingall-Tombs, Michaela Bromfield and George Cohen all involved and not one of them could offer any kind of compensation. Very very very poor so be careful when using Elstead Lighting.....
