The best consulate service, ever! I easily booked an appointment at the Indonesian Consulate to submit my papers to get a visa. When I arrived, I was attended immediately by an extremely pleasant gentleman. He explained the different rules for getting visas, asked me where I was staying (not only for visa purposes but also out of curiosity because he was originally from a city on my itinerary). Some people being attended at the same time had not printed all their papers and the same gentleman kindly indicated where they could have the papers printed close to the Consulate. Finally, I was told it could take up to 10 days to receive my visa because of Indonesian bank holidays, but my passport was mailed back to me only two days after I submitted the papers. This Consulate gives a very good image of the country!

Of all the consulate services I have received in the past I can honestly say Indonesia has the best. I will start from the very beginning emailing them asking for information they reply promptly. The place is easy to find and there is parking close by. The service was beyond exceptional. The team was very helpful even recommended experiences that we could enjoy whilst there. Lastly submitted our documents on a Monday got a reply on the Tuesday and on the Wednesday got our passports back. All I can say wow what a lovely service you have set up please do keep it up

Ambassador Dr Rizal Sukma, Consular services grew beyond expectancy. Led by Pak Gulfan Afero, the team (Bu Anisa, Pak Echa, Bu Alty, Pak Adi, Pak Mikki, Pak Andy, Bu Sutji) delivered fast and efficient services.
