The EMS team were fantastic. They were great at communicating before our event to work out exactly what we needed. the day were fantastic, they arrived promptly, were very self-sufficient in getting everything set up and helped to keep everything running like clockwork. The team who stayed throughout the day were great, really friendly and receptive to changes.

We had a great experience using EMS events for our 80 person charity fundraising dinner. Their technicians were really lovely and attentive and Cindy was very quick to organise and respond to emails. She sorted it within 2 weeks of the event! Highly recommend!

A returning customer to EMS, Clive and his team are incredibly helpful and happy to advise on your requirements and are flexible to work to your schedule.
For the BSides London conference this year the set up began at 3am and was all in working and tested well before I arrived. Would absolutely recommend and we will be using them again in 2024!

EMS were great helping us with an event we were working on in The Shard. The team who came to setup and de-rig were friendly and helpful. Appreciate Joel for staying to make sure it was all working properly and giving me an overview. You could tell he cares about his work.

Overall, a very smooth experience! And that's coming from someone who's worked with countless AV teams up and down the country.

I'm sure we'll be in touch in the future.

EMS provided a great service for our event. We used them to supply boards, staging and AV for a conference and exhibition. Their customer service both before and after the event was fantastic. Highly recommended!
