Relocating for work can be a real hassle, but Entwistle Green made finding a rental super easy. Vicky and the team were great from the get-go, really helpful with the application and always quick to answer my questions – usually within a couple of days. Everything went smoothly, no annoying delays at all. The online portal for payments (deposit, first month's rent, that kind of thing) was a little slow sometimes, but no biggie. There was a small hiccup with my deposit, but they sorted it out super fast within a day. I put 4 stars just because of the slow online portal, the sales staff were great. All in all, it was a really good experience, and I'd definitely recommend Entwistle Green to anyone looking to rent or buy.

This branch have advertised two properties for me and found me fantastic tenants for both. The feedback when choosing the best tenant after block viewings is insightful and valuable and their whole procedure is smooth and very helpful. I've mainly dealt with Bethany, less so Victoria, both very professional, attentive, and human. Beth knows her stuff and proactively so, when Ive phoned about something she has anticipated and finishes my sentence lol, thats a skill of intelligence combined with knowledge.
The tenants have submitted a review I see which is also reassuring to me. The company is corporate, and pricing higher so it is fair to expect expertise and excellent and whilst there was odd glitch on repair side initially, the response from Adrian when he returned was understanding and assured me that it was just that, a glitch.
I would not hesitate to recommend this branch to Landlords and Tenants in my experience.

Beth, Vicky and the staff at this branch have been absolutely incredible over the past few months. I was both letting out a property for the first time, and also trying to find a property to stay in myself, which I fully expected to be a very stressful experience. But they have somehow managed to make it all so easy and stress free. I'm now comfortable in a new flat, and there are tenants in my rented property. The entire process was made crystal clear from the outset, and they helped me along every step of the way. I'm truly grateful for their friendliness and making my life that much easier. I can't recommend this branch enough!!

First of all, never have I ever heard of receiving a welcome giftbox from an E.A upon moving in. Swiftness, Timely, Understanding, the level of professionalism I received from both Miss Bethany and Miss Victoria was unmatched and they made the whole process easy and virtually stress free. (and that's with a move involving 4 kids)

Just check they're not psychic, our welcome box had both mine and my partners favourite drinks in !? As well as helpful bits to get us started in our new home. 10/10
