An often-overlooked essential piece of office equipment… Being a person of petite stature, every care was taken to ensure I received a chair fitted for my frame. As well as the lumber support the introduction of the thoracic support was a game changer for me, as it supports the correct seated posture and has greatly reduced the tension around my neck and shoulders.

Like many professionals, I've faced the daunting task of selecting the perfect home office chair. Aesthetics used to take precedence for me over comfort/ ergonomics. As a business manager, the comfort and wellbeing of staff is paramount.
And with a small number of the team suffering from back problems, and general discomfort with their workstation set-up, the upgrade to Ergochair was a no-brainer.
The service provided was excellent and the Ergochair staff guided us through the process with an enthusiastic, but professional approach.
We were guided through two solutions; the first being a set of chairs that were selected in accordance with staff ergonomics. Chairs were then fully customisable. This was certainly not an off the shelf solution; all features could be adjusted in order to maximise comfort and workplace efficiency.
The second solution involved a higher degree of customisation in order to accommodate specific problems such as back-pain or posture. Ergochair staff spent considerable time understanding each individuals needs and then offered a completely bespoke solution. Again, settings could be further adjusted in order to completely refine the set-up.
The service was complimented by the quality of the product. It was clear that each chair was well crafted while being both robust and suited to the office environment.
