Good customer service and a quick resolution.
I had an app notification about a battery maintenance mode that could be done. I did this, but the batteries wouldn't then discharge. I called Evergen (3 years after install). I was informed that the notification wasn't applicable to my setup, it could be ignored. I advised I had proceeded with it over the weekend. Some details were taken from me and I was told it would be resolved remotely and I would be called back with an update. This is exactly what happened and in less than an hour.
Very happy with the setup after 3 years and the service support has been great on the 2 rare occasions I needed to reach out.

Got in touch as we were curious about having solar panels installed. Got a call that they would be an hour late, eventually got to us 1h and 15-20 mins later. Sales person Andy was not prepared for us whatsoever, super unprofessional and when it came to giving us the quote after 1 hour 30 mins of information which could've been done in 15-20 mins he was extremely rude and aggressive towards us trying to force us to buy same day. Horrible, aggressive, rude sales approach, extremely unprofessional. We eventually told him to get out of the house.

For your own safety please avoid at all costs! Such disgusting and unprofessional behaviour from a sales person should not be allowed. I would love to file a complaint for such aggressive behaviour... not acceptable!

Had solar panels installed in 2018 with warranty. I have been trying to contact them for an extended period of time and they are not cooperating at all, and when they do “respond” , they ask the most stupidest questions that honestly have no answer. So essentially they can’t be bothered to help. The owner of the company is Mr Singh and he was nice while trying to make a sale, afterwards, not at all. Don’t recommend this company.

Umaima Shalid was able to resolve a system fault that I noticed this morning, within 30 minutes of me contacting Evergen about it. She then rang me back to let me know the problem had been resolved. Thanks for sorting it out so quickly.
