We recently completed our renovation and having installed a heat pump, wanted to have solar panels fitted too. Ian came over and was very friendly and informative. He answered all my questions and was happy to go through things in detail with me. He quoted me for various options and gave me plenty of time to do my research and was happy for me to ring him a number of times to ask further questions. He talked through the pros and cons of different choices available. He never rang to chase me for an answer and gave me time to think about what I wanted. Having made my decision the fitting process was very straightforward and was completely stress free. The fitters and electrician were very professional and explained what they were doing and it only took a couple of days. I would highly recommend Evergreen.

Outstanding PV Installation Experience
Two years ago I had a PV installation by Evergreen SW, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire process from start to finish. The consultation was thorough and informative, with Ian taking the time to understand my energy needs and explaining the benefits of various options open to me, clearly and concisely.
The installation itself was handled with the utmost professionalism. The team arrived on time, respected my property, and ensured that the panels were installed efficiently and correctly. The quality of the workmanship is evident, and the panels are neatly installed, blending seamlessly with my roof.
The after-sales service has also been excellent. Evergreen SW provided detailed instructions on how to monitor the system's performance and offered continuous support should any issues arise. Since the installation, I've noticed a significant decrease in my energy bills, and it feels great to know I'm contributing to a more sustainable future.
Subsequently I have had Evergreen SW install an EV Charging point, a clear indicator of my trust in this firm.
On a recent occasion I had need of support, Evergreen was able to respond promptly and effectively, to what transpired as a fault in my wi-fi network.
Overall, I highly recommend Evergreen SW for anyone considering a PV installation. Their expertise, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly commendable.

Ian and his team have fitted solar panels and battery storage for me at Seaton Cricket and Lawn Tennis Club and Uplyme Village Hall. From first contact, to site visits, to explaining and tweaking the options, to the efficient and tidy completion of the job and on to after sales service, it's all been A1 and all at a competitive price too. For my money - well, at least the money of the two organisations I represented - you can't beat a company that offers good value AND excellent personalised service. Full marks!

I cannot recommend Ian and the team from Evergreen too highly. They patiently answered our questions, gave us realistic alternatives which they clearly explained, were very reasonably priced and they came when they said they would and did what they said they would too.
Also very impressive was the paperwork - who knew it could be so complicated. That made it easier to apply for the Smart Export Guarantee tariff - Ben even popped up to help me decipher the smart meter.
I don't think anyone could ask for me.

We planned to install solar power at our house. It is listed, in an AONB and thatched so we knew it wouldn’t be the most straightforward installation. We originally had the tiled garage roof in mind for the panels. We researched local solar panel installers and chose Evergreen Renewable Energy SW based on a neighbour’s recommendation. Ian came to do the first survey and recognised that the garage roof wouldn’t be large enough to produce enough power for us, to justify the cost of the installation. He then suggested ground mounted panels within the property boundary. These would be mounted using the Cornish Rocker system, which also allow panel angle adjustment during the year depending on the height of the sun. The system didn’t require concrete foundations which enhanced the environmental credentials. We received the quote quickly and Ian answered our questions straightaway. Our council planning application was assisted in detail by Chris at Cornish Rocker. This made things much easier. Our panels were installed in Autumn 2023 along with a battery, housed in the garage. Cabling trench work was carried out by a company suggested by Ian. There was an immediate reduction in our energy costs, which have improved greatly as we have gone into the summer months of 2024, and offset by being able to export to the grid. During this period Evergreen Renewable Energy promptly answered any queries we had. On one occasion when there had been a power cut in the area, Ian alerted us to the impact on our system and advised us how to reset it. The service from Ian and his team and Chris from Cornish Rocker, has been excellent throughout and we can’t fault the after sales service. Our desire to do our bit for the environment and reduce fossil fuel energy consumption, has already started to be realised. We are pleased to have been able to provide business to a local company and would recommend Evergreen SW and Cornish Rocker without hesitation. A big thank you from us.

It's always hard to find a company that you can trust. It takes time and a bit of research. I fell on my feet with Evergreen Renewables of Lyme Regis. With fairness and a solid attitude toward getting to the end product. I now have a great solar system fitted and I know I can trust the back up service, if something happens. It's a lovely company to deal with, with good positive values. It how Britain used to be and how I was brought up. Thankyou to Ian and staff at Evergreen Renewables.
