The product is great, as ordered many times from them. Unfortunately it's the customer service that is super weak. Parcel is on hold by DHL for over a week now, and customer services absolutely do not care. Every next day I call them, they just ask me to call tomorrow. It's very sad when great quality products are being shadowed by an absolute trash customer support who do not want to assist in customers actually getting their orders.

Poor service which was surprising as I had ordered parts previously with no issues.
Was promised nav mount would be ready for the trip I was going on as was out of stock waited 2 weeks to the date said would be ready and called back up, they said would be another week.
The guy I spoke to the last time was not helpful and I found him rude.
