Paid for next day delivery was advised that item would be delivered between 8pm and thought that was great as item been at the depot since 1pm. 7.55pm they still processing my items. Why bother with next day delivery when you can't do it. Awful company but my evri delivery driver is sound

Parcels left on doorstep in the pouring rain, despite clear instructions on my front door. Every time l complain l get a reply from ‘Sophie’ advising me to look for my lost parcels with neighbours etc 5 parcels left on doorstep in the last 2 weeks. Latest email from Sophie asking me to contact the seller to get a refund. What can be done, it’s just hopeless it seems, despite me advising parcel have been delivered, not lost. Any advice greatly appreciated

Shocking company, they were Hermes and due to appalling management and terrible operational competence they changed and rebranded to Evri. But nothing has changed , they are still an awful courier/ parcel service. Items go missing and they don’t follow up with complaints, it’s done by Bots. Last issue was an item was reported ‘ delivered’ no photo was taken, it was recorded as being left in an outbuilding that doesn’t exist. I’m gobsmacked vendors and sellers use this company it’s Ridiculous!!

Worst delivery provider in the UK as changed their name from hermes to had the fact that hermes were the same. And the same company as 5 days to deliver a parcel un the uk what a JOKE of a company as would have been quicker to receive parcel from America. Please avoid using this company to send items in the UK as that slow I've seen snails move quicker.

My parcel has been "out for delivery" for 4 days now. Customer services have escalated my complaint but still no response from this depot as to where my parcel is. Everyone else can seem to deliver to my house, but not Evri. Absolutely criminal.

What a joke yet again!! puts me off buying from eBay!!
Said attempted delivery and photo of the evri Wearhouse floor. Lie after lie and customer service is hopeless

They tried to deliver, I wasn’t in. They sent an email stating they would try a 2nd delivery attempt the next day. It’s been 7 days since, with absolutely NO COMMUNICATION and no prospect of getting my parcels. This company is pathetic.
I will actively avoid using them and would encourage others to do so too. Evri truly has the most appalling customer service I’ve ever come across.

This is the worst terrible courier service in this country at the moment. There is no chance to speak Anyone. They don't update tracking status. My parcel is still at the same place since 8th January it is not moving and I had the mail today they are not able to locate my parcel. There are 9 days now. Please don't use this useless courier service.
