I randomly found these guys online, discovered I lived about 8 miles away so dropped in unannounced wanting a clamp on flexi section by persific measurements. I didn't realise it was made to order and I should of rang or ordered offline first but the guy behind the counter soon sorted me out, he was straight on the case and made me one up within 15 minutes and handed me a freshly made custom piece and I'm back on the road within 30mins of getting home to fit the part. Fitted perfectly and is top quality. Amazing company. If you've got an exhaust problem then go to these guys

Placed an order at 4:15pm rang them in a last minute hope that they would be able to process my order for me.

Ordered exhaust tips on 5th October 2023. They never arrived. After many mails to exhaust part UK they told me the parcel was send back to them by DPD. No reason why. That was on 27th October. Still no update if the parcel was delivered back to them and no reply on mails and still no refund of my money. After sales is very bad. If DPD doesn’t do a good job then its something Exhaust parts UK should fix with DPD and don’t let a customer waiting when the parcel is returned!!!
