This has become my favourite local-ish camping spot to get away either on my own or with my family. Even in the middle of the summer you can find a little spot to setup on your own to get some peace. All the staff are really friendly. It’s a very welcoming atmosphere. The food at the cafe is good and the kids love seeing the animals there too. ||There’s no electric hookup there but I guess that would ruin the free and easy camping arrangements there. This works really well if you have a few vans/tents as you can arrange your camp as you want!

Fantastic place to go horse riding , lovely countryside, well kept horses, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Special mention for our riding guide Jackie who was very knowledgable and patient. Our trek was thoroughly enjoyable, followed by delicious cream tea afterwards.

Stayed at this campsite for 3 nights with my friends. Had such an amazing time, campsite was so nice and well maintained. For the price the facilities were good and the views are incredible. Will deffo be back and would recommend to anyone. The food at the cafe was delicious and staff are lovely.

Loved this campsite!!! One of the best we have been too! It has their own cider barn on site overlooking a gorgeous view of the fields and the sea. All the staff were so friendly and they had everything you could need from their shop plus a tasty big breakfast from the cafe!
Great it was dog friendly too...thank you for our stay. We will definitely be back!

It was recommended to me by my hotel as I wanted some treats to bring home for my family .||I was not disappointed . It’s not cheap but everything I bought was good value and quality. |||The cider and apple juice was just amazing ! Hope to return soon . Lovely, well-located campsite, good facilities, very flexible arrangements (no booking required or possible, which suits us down to the ground), lots of space where you can pick your own camping spot. Very happy with our first stay and would come again. Nice team and well stocked shop, also has a bar/restaurant although we didn’t get a chance to use it this time as we were walking lots of the coast when we stayed.

This is my third visit to Caffyns farm. This time with 4 of us 😍 we stayed for 4 nights and had something different to do each night.||The campsite has amazing facilities including plenty of hot water for powerful showers which are especially good when it’s cold or wet!||Magnificent views with ponies and horses whinnying and galloping around living their best life having zoomies in the afternoon.||2 playful donkeys with the best god given eye liner I’ve ever seen 🤣 who love to frolic and roll in the grass and chat to the ponies over the fence.||Some podgy little sheep who have the prettiest faces I’ve ever seen and living in Somerset next to a sheep farmer we have seen a lot of sheep!||Greedy goats to greet you in the goat cafe which you are free to roam around in and feed the goats 🐐 hundreds of turkeys and chickens too.||Bosum the on site dog keeps a tight ship, doing the rounds of the campsite in the morning and then having a rest in the Inn on an afternoon 😂 If you keep your eyes peeled you might spot a ginger Maine coon and a couple of tabbies too!||Plus you are just a short distance (albeit steep) from Lee Bay. Which is a gorgeous unspoilt rugged coast line! Perfectly clear waters, rock pools, smugglers caves & cliffs to explore.||If that wasn’t enough their home grown cider is TO DIE FOR!!! I recommend the medium sweet. It’s not too sweet actually but just right! And the cafe food is delicious 😋 Massively generous portions for VERY reasonable prices, run by a lovely family! ||@caffynsfarm has so much to offer on site. With onsite camp fires allowed. Walks through the orchard. Book horse trekking through the woodlands. Enjoy local food.||Or if you fancy a drive and staying a few nights, explore local food & history in Ilfracombe or Lynton and Lynmouth.||A truly beautiful part of the world!!! ❤️💖🥰

Probably the best camp site in Devon. Expect a relaxed atmosphere with laid back rules, you can have a camp fire where you like but use the rocks provided. Proper farm cafe with good hearty food and a shop to match. This place is a gem and not ruined. Massive credit to the staff and owners.
