Such a Beautiful hotel in an equally Beautiful Location.
Everything was just perfect Kev and Jan where so Hospitable from the moment we walked in. The room was exquisitely laid out, Towels Complementary soaps , Tea , Coffee and Hot chocolate with ample milk and Sugar available. The bed was Comfy and the shower was wonderful. The whole atmosphere of the hotel was relaxed and quiet which was exactly what we needed. Breakfast in the morning was first class fresh eggs & we where lucky to get double yolks , sausage and bacon ,mushrooms where delicious. Had a great chat with Kevin and Jan as well.. Just want to thank both of you for the wonderful time worth every penny. Thank You. Emma & Andy

Lovely location close to Lynmouth and Lynton. Beautiful property with loads of character. Our room was really large and included tv, fridge, kettle. The free wifi was very fast. Breakfast was delicious and cooked fresh to order each day. Stayed for 3 nights and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again - great hosts.

Beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. Bathroom was gorgeous. Owners have done a wonderful job bringing the hotel up to a very high standard. Breakfast was excellent with lots to chose from. Plentiful parking. Great for visiting Lynton.

1 night stay, could have stayed longer. Owners were great, nothing too much trouble, food excellent, rooms and ensuite clean smart plenty of towels and shower gel etc. Tea coffee on hand in room. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

The Exmoor Manor Hotel. What a fantastic home from home B&B great hosts that couldn’t have been any more helpful. Kevin & Jan were always on hand and would help with any thing you required. Very quiet location with Beautiful views and lovely walks for you and your four-legged companion who are very welcome at the Exmoor Manor. Rooms are lovely and well appointed, breakfast was Plentiful with tea, coffee, Juices, cereals, yogurts, And of course, a lovely full English Cooked breakfast, you couldn’t want for more. The Exmoor Manor also has an alcohol license selling wines and beers on the premises and I heard Kevin ordering a certain brand of beer for clients that were frequent returning guests, that had requested if he could stock this for them when they returned on there next visit. wow, great. So the motto is asked and they will try and accommodate. One sad things is Kevin & Jan have put the Exmoor Manor up for sale at a very reasonable price I think, so may not be there when I return but I’m sure the new owners will be just as accommodating in this beautiful Manor hotel bed and Breakfast.

We had a great time at Exmoor Manor Hotel, a beautiful historic building with great rooms, it’s nice to have thermostatic valves on the radiators so you can set the room to your own temperature. The owners Kevin & Jan are at the top of their trade, friendly, knowledgeable, very nice people, even got Easter eggs for our grandchildren with clues for them to follow. Great location for all that’s on offer in the area.|Big showers and lots of warm towels, coffee, tea and a fridge in the room.|Great breakfast with lots of choice

Booked a two night stay last minute, after finding our original Air BnB place unsuitable. Stayed Sunday and Monday, with our 6 month old very nervous pup.|The hotel and linked restaurant next door are extremely pub friendly, the owners Keith & Jan, are excellent hosts, going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, Keith was very kind and helped calm our pup when we first arrived, all the staff were excellent, all professional and helpful.|Our room (room 1) was spotles clean, a lovely large bathroom with double shower and rolltop bath.|Lots of nice extra touches in the room, that just made us feel relaxed and welcome.|The food in the pub was spot on, really tasty and very reasonably priced.|A good selection of well kept real ales on offer, with good drinks prices as well!|The breakfast on both mornings was absoluteley lovely, good produce and well cooked. Keep an eye out for some of Jan's artwork, she is exceptionally talented indeed.|All in all, a fantastic place to stay, we will be returning to stay again when we are next in the area, thanks for a great stay, Nick, Laura and Bodie the barky pup!|All the best Keith & Jan.

We enjoyed a 9 night stay at the hotel, and we had a really lovely time. Jan and Kevin are so friendly, always make time to stop for a chat and really make you feel welcome. The food in both the pub and the hotel itself is delicious, the breakfast menu caters for everyone and nothing was too much trouble, they even catered perfectly for our 3 year old son.
Our room was the perfect size, really clean with a light and airy feel to it. The grounds are beautiful too! We would highly recommend to anyone staying in Lynton, as you won’t be disappointed 🙂
