Two words to describe them. Scammers and thieves. They sold me a damaged replica, I returned it to the store and they were supposed to send me a new one. After two months I haven't received a new replica. I asked for a refund, I got a message from them that there is no problem. In two days I will get a refund. Now another weeks goes by, no money. They don't reply to my emails and don't answer my phone. Thieves! Don't have anything to do with them if you don't want to be cheated.

Ordered a Vorsk EU 18 pistol from their website, got an email asking to call them and they informed me they were out of stock, sorted out a Vorsk EU 17 instead which was sent and received with-in 5 days. Good service and products. Thank you.

Made an order, waited weeks after given a 3 day lead time, no contact. Cancelled order, never received refund, chased up multiple times (Around 10 phone calls!) Multiple ignored emails. Constantly told that finance were 'Going to look into it' Still haven't received refund months later. Ridiculous service.

At the time of writing this, Extreme Airsoft has a 3.9/5. This is a grave injustice for such a good Airsoft retailer. Should at least be a 4.5 if not 5.

Patrol Base has blacklisted me because of poor QC on the AEG I bought and multiple returns because they consider split wood not a problem, and prefer to blame everything on the customer first. Extreme Airsoft has been nothing but helpful and reassuring with any faults i have had.

Patrol base or Extreme Airsoft are my go to on price and good service. Or at last the former used to be good... All but 1 of my purchases from Extreme Airsoft have been excellent. And the 1 that wasn't, had quick and well done repair some with free returns. They are always very nice and responsive.

Mt only faults is the lack of filters as searching for I.e. m4 mags brings up tons of unrelated products that have even 2 matching characters. Patrol base also lists a lot of details about specifications, all features and measurements. Which is somewhat lacking on Extreme Airsoft. However, they are good at answering questions Nd matching prices. So that makes up for it.

I will be buying most of my future guns with Extreme Airsoft. Even if it costs more, because the service is worth it.

Placed a order on the 09th, now the 20th, item is still “awaiting dispatch” and had no commutation/response from extreme airsoft (I have called twice and emailed order number 54425)

I would personally recommend literally any other website, don’t waste your time here.

Good customer service, very friendly staff who take good care of you and provide excellent aftersales support if you have any issues. The stock is very impressive and they certainly take feedback into consideration as I mentioned once enjoying having spare parts for my kit, and now they have an entire display full of stuff! I'll never have to worry about missing followers for my hicapa mags again!

Great for new players as well as long-term players like myself if you're looking to buy airsoft equipment. They're always willing to provide advice about what might be right for you, and listen patiently to nattering about your next project before offering solution focused purchases. Never once felt pressured to buy anything, and even the upsell feels natural (as of course you'd want different colour tracers if your new tracer unit can do both red and green).

I shop here over online retailers as I can see before I buy an item, and I appreciate the service they provide.

Order #51755] (February 1, 2024)

No item received.

Later they said no item available. They i was asking for refund in March.
They said 14 day max.
Still no refund.

And no one is answering emails.
This is ridiculous.
Tomorrow is will claim through solicitors.
