Efficient service. I ordered a couple of tonnes of steel including custom cut steel beams at lunchtime on a Tuesday and it was all delivered on the Thursday. The tracking information that was available on my account the night before delivery predicted an ETA that was accurate within a minute or two.

Got A quote for some parkland fencing, went to pick it up and basically wasted two hours of my time. Got the impression that I was an inconvenience and customer service wasn’t high on the agenda. Unloaded and got my money back, went online and spent the £1500 with an alternative supplier.

Ordered on Monday in branch was told it would be on a transfer from Rainham branch for tues now weds and still waiting for a straight answer on when it's due in (I have now wasted 2 trips from Bournemouth to Southampton as told it would be in)
Why take 100% of the money upfront and promise its in stock at another branch

After receiving a recommendation from a account holder here, I placed an order. Excellent product choice with a great website to suit. For the the metal trade, if you can't get it here I doubt you'll get it anywhere! Such a wide variety of metals and ironmongery. Placing my order on the web, i was swiftly contacted to inform a few of my items were unfortunately currently out of stock. I spoke to a highly motivated lady named Gemma, she was able to find an alternative solution. FH brundle went way over expectations to resolve my issue. The alternative products were priced slightly more than my original order value but they still charged me the same amount as previously quoted. You don't get that every day! Overall very hapoy with the resolution and customer service was flawless. Delivery excellent also, ordered Tuesday night and arriving on Thursday morning. If your looking for anything metal wise definitely give FH brundle a try. Great company ?

We have used them many times in the past for business - always try and order over the phone - have found the staff very helpful with next day delivery.
Only had one issue with out of stock items but it was resolved quite quickly.
