Once again Warren's have saved the day; they always have exactly what I want and I thought it was about time to leave a review after all their years of excellent service and support.
I was surprised to see that there are people sounding off at them. Their descriptions are of an F.R.Warren that I don't recognise at all!
I've dealt with the company for close to fifty years and have always enjoyed good, friendly and efficient service.

Thanks so much for brilliant service today sorting out our problem with a box we'd dropped and damaged. Once again great service from FR Warren. The people to go to if you have a one off design. They've made great things for us in the past

Very chatty man on reception (its actually The boss), with seriously poor math skills. Overcharged me 30% and cowardly not responding to emails and phone calls.
Doesn't want to refund me the money Instead of that he said I can have 2 and half buckets. THAT IS INSANE
It's funny how the line was breaking up and they couldn't hear me and the other excuse was that the BOSS is out everytime I called.
Checked twice the prices on their online shop and he said that probably there is something wrong with their website.
An advice: NEVER TRUST PEOPLE WHO TALKS A LOT. And don't shop with Rob.
