IF YOU ARE THINKING OF BUYING OR DOING SHARED OWNERSHIP THEN DONT.

They are one of the worst companies in this field. Like with many things when my wife and I started our journey into the property market they were nice as pie. When we were trying to get snags sorted miraculously communication started to breakdown and then it was my problem. Throughout the course of the years everything went up but service was nonexistent. If you want something from them they take weeks or you have to pay them the pleasure of doing something for you.

Resales department is non existent (why do they employ people in there?). They made us work with a company called Urban Moves when initially selling the property and had to be with them for several weeks and they did nothing. My advice to you is COMPLETELY IGNORE THAT AND GO STRAIGHT TO MARKET. Urban moves are atrocious in service and ability. They make getting in easy but make it hell to get out. I’m not saying Shared Ownership is not a viable option, just not with these cowboys.

DO NOT TRUST FABRICA! They told everyone + also put it in writing on all the documents that the lease term on The Westlinks development is 999 years, only for us to then find out it is actually only 125 years.. this after having reserved the property and started the broking/mortgage/conveyancing processes! Also, I had to do my own research to raise this matter as otherwise I would have completed and exchanged before I would have found out and it would have been too late! The management won't even assume responsibility for this error so here I am, left with massive disappointment, false hope, wasted time and money and major stresses that I'll have to re-live again if I want to ever get on the property ladder, not to mention that my home move will need to be delayed drastically now which has many consequences! You must be ashamed of yourselves!!!!!!!!!!!

Without Prejudice Fabrica a division of A2 Dominion but still poor quality, not professional and not responsive to concerns, suggestions. Unfairness.

A2 and Fabrica play the game of grinding you down until you give up and stop trying to resolve your issue. But try not to give up. Report issues, save paperwork, if maintenance issues get photos and date stamp them, keep a journal and report to MP, citizen advice, trading standards and see what your rights are, shelter a housing charity will advise on certain housing issues. Ask your MP to forward concerns to the housing minister, obtain petition,submit evidence wrong and inflated excessive service charges, any disrepair or bad repairs take photos as evidence, get together with neighbours and fight for transparency, fairness and easy to understand service charges. As today even their own staff are confused with service charge documents, some figures do not add up and they grind you down in hope you will give up.

Try not to give up, if you believe you are treated unfairly fight for fairness.

Keep writing to your MP in your area, keep asking them to pass your complaints and concerns to the housing minister, if enough people write to minister maybe this company will get investigated.

We have Ofsted who investigate schools, we have Ofcom who investigate communication companies and Royal mail, we have regulator for fair competition, Ofgen for utility, Ofwat water. We need a decent regulator to look into and take action on Housing Associations, making companies accountable.

Service charge rip off, bad accounting and rules like A2 we will get back in 30,60,90 day's. Rearely do they in my experience, if they do it's often a standard letter. Very often just saying thanks for your letter/email, we hope this answers your issue, but they actually very often do not. It is tricks to make them look like they answered but actually just A2 making out for their paper trail. If they get investigated looks like an attempt to respond but actually just standard letter.

Keep on writing to your MP, obtain signatures from neighbours, get together sharing costs and seek advice from solicitor, don't sit in worry, trading standards, citizen advice and shelter offer free advice. Don't allow A2 to bully you. It's wrong, it's unfair and bad practice. Without Prejudice

Do they really exist? Nobody knows anything about Share Ownership Properties in Heatherwell Place, Ash, Surrey ... No emails answered, no calls back.....You can't get any information about this development....
I started to think that in fact FABRICA/ Share Ownership does not exist...
Very disappointed about FABRICA.CO.UK.....

Bought a house fabrica two years ago, I can only say be very careful the quality of construction is very poor, when you move in every looks lovely but than you start to see all the defects, not worth the money they charge you.
