My Bike was stolen from the hanger in Acol Road, in London. The company sent us a message that the lock had issues and within two days the bike was gone. I think they should have had an engineer right away to get the lock fixed. Unfortunately, Falco do not offer any support when bikes get stolen. They just said to call the police. On top of that, they do not offer a refund for what what we have paid already. I am cancelling my membership.
When looking back, they offered a good services at the beginning. Very efficient and good communication. I am sad it ended like this.

Have visited the leekbrook site to carry out Forklift Training. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly. They made me feel very welcome. Thank you I enjoyed my time there training. Rob and Dave were very good trainees and will hopefully be safe and efficient forklift operators. Keep looking for the 'Chickens'

This is a great service when it works, convenient, fairly-priced and easy to use... but the fixing of hangars is slow, and the company don't seem to understand how frustrating it is to have your bike locked inside the locker, unable to be used, for days or even weeks at a time!
Edit: It's been three weeks and still no access. Not sure this is Falco's issue, think it is complicated by the council involvement, but still problematic for anyone using the lockers.

Called up re one of the lorries drivers driving on the motor way and got told that i was in the wrong and to mine my own business! What a great company!
