As a student, I trusted FedEx with a gift bought with my hard-earned money, but they failed to deliver for over a week.

First time using MBE, very impressed with their efficiency. I went to four other FedEx drop off points and hit difficulties everytime. Max was very helpful when I walked in around a busy lunchtime to just scan the parcel and get on with the job. Very pleasant experience and would gladly use MBE at Minories again.

I was there just now, excellent service. I didn't have all the paperwork ready because I didn't know what I needed and Max was very professional, helpful and pacient. And thanks to him, I didn't need to go back home to sort it out! The next time I need fedex I will go to that shop. Great service!
