I cannot recommend Fells Gulliver in Lyndhurst highly enough.
Ben went above and beyond - as we were not in the country at the time he kept and eye on the property for us ensuring it was presentable at all times.
Ultimately Ben’s proactive approach found us a buyer in probably one of the worst housing markets in recent memory. He liaised with our solicitor, helped both buyer and seller understand the process, kept both sides up to date with progress - he even set up a what’s app group for myself and the buyer to make sure we had good communication.
I have never worked with an estate agent who has been so helpful, honest and supportive, a great communicator and 100% reliable.

Excellent all round service. Fells Gulliver did a fantastic job in negotiating the sale of new build property. Ben Shiers went above the call of duty to help the purchaser and spent a great deal of time liaising with, mortgage broker and solicitors to ensure we reached exchange of contract within a reasonable timeframe.
