I came to the FIBERPLUS UK, for a FOA Technician course, expecting to gain practical knowledge in working with optical fibers and pass the international FOA certification. To be honest, the training I underwent at FIBERPLUS exceeded all my expectations.

The instructor Pete, a kind and professional person, guided the group in an excellent manner, answered questions and helped at every stage of the preparation for the tests and the practical work at the laboratory stations. The equipment we worked with was of the highest level and perfectly maintained. The preparation for the test was excellent and the printed study material we received helped us prepare properly.

The test itself was complex and difficult, full of technical terminology and complicated calculations. But I approached it confidently and passed the FOA test with an excellent score, I am sure that this is also thanks to the experience and deep understanding we received from the instructor Pete, the effort we all invested in order to know everything in depth and with the help of God.

Thank you to the team, to the kind Stephanie who guided the training process until we arrived at the facility in a friendly and patient manner, and to Pete the excellent instructor. I wish you continued success. Yaakov

Outstanding service from this company, in particular from Yasmin who dealt with our query very promptly. After initially speaking to a Fibreplus employee on the live chat, Yasmin then proceeded to call me directly and run through everything in detail and make sure everything was covered.
