We were lucky enough to be given a couple of packs of these crisps by my wife’s nan. She must really love us, cos these crisps are a maze zing. You first notice how much air is in the bags to protect them. Then you see the quality. Not thick but not thin and brittle either. Then a cracking crunch and the flavour!!! I never want to eat any other crisps ever again. Luckily we live only half an hour from the farm so I should be able to get there some time this week. Perfection

I normally buy aldi mature cheddar and onion , but not anymore , these are quite probably the nicest crisps I have ever had ( creamy Lancashire cheese and onion ) lovely smooth taste , the crisps aren't greasy and no overpowering aftertaste from now on you have my custom . Well done to John for perfecting the art of crisping 10/10 👍

I believe in shopping and supporting the local economy. Can't get anymore local than these original crisps with interesting flavours, all naturally vegetarian and go well down with a pint of ice cold beer. Would highly recommend.

Firstly I cannot fault the crunch and texture of the crisps they are great! However although some flavours are bang on when it comes to taste - like Salt and Vinegar, Cheese and Onion and the Lancashire Sauce - others are not so balanced. Black Pudding and English Mustard just tastes of mustard and the Salt and Pepper has far too much Pepper. The taste of Sweet Chilli is lovely but it’s hot not a mild heat. Now I get that there will be plenty of customers who do like them, and maybe we just got a ‘bad batch’, but when approaching the company I did expect more of a response rather than just being told that many people love the ones we didn’t and that we can pick the mixture of flavours in the case. There is no way to review directly on their own website which surprises me as that would be a great opportunity to garner feedback. So based on only being able to eat half the packets we bought and disappointing response from customer I’ve only given 3 stars.
