Fig & Smoke catered for our Cornish wedding in August and it was the best decision we could’ve made. Food was such an important part of our day and we absolutely loved working with them to design our perfect menu - from canapés to sharing mains and trios of desserts, everything was delicious, fitted the vibe perfectly and came in abundance! They put us at ease from the start and had fantastic communication in the lead up, with an amazing tasting experience before the wedding too. We can’t thank the whole team enough for their efforts and genuine kindness throughout the planning process and on the day ☺️ (people still talk about the hake and desserts!)

Fig and Smoke did the catering for our wedding this summer and we are so happy we booked them. From deciding on the menu, the menu sampling in their lovely pub to our actual wedding day, they were so friendly and accommodating. Fig and Smoke catered for our wedding at Launcells Barton in April and we couldn't recommend them more. From the very start they helped us build our menu up from scratch, taking on our ideas and giving us suggestions we had 80 guests and wanted relatively casual dining so they created us sharing board starters as well as sharing main courses with big bowls of sides. The support and communication we had in the run up to the wedding was absolutely fantastic! The food on the day was amazing and we had so many comments from guests to say it was the best wedding food that they had eaten - and we agree! They really brought our vision to life and I cant thank them enough, as the food was very important for us (as big foodies)! As well as this F&S also cut our cake for us and served this with our tea and coffee for guests to have as dessert rather than a seated dessert which was a lovely touch. Thank you so much!! 🙂

These are your guys! Fig & Smoke exceeded all our expectations and catered for our entire wedding, canapés to sit down three course meal to evening food. They can do it all!

Jordan and the team communicated amazingly with us throughout the entire planning process, and we felt at ease knowing they had everything under control.

Fig & Smoke arrived at the venue and began service so seamlessly that we hadn’t even realised they had arrived, until the canapés were brought out. Each of the six canapés were delicious, cooked beautifully and our guests couldn’t get enough.

The Fig & Smoke team were so friendly, ensuring everyone got some canapés and even brought Dan and I our own couples board to ensure we got chance to have them all too, amongst photos and mingling.

The main meal was perfect. Three courses of delicious meals, cooked to perfection. Our guests were blown away by the level of presentation and the taste of the food, as were we! Guests appreciated having the option of three mains and have made many comments on it being the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding!

Back to my roots for evening food, Fig & Smoke pulled it out the bag with Cornish pasties. All of our guests devoured these and loved the sentimental touch.

We cannot reccoment Fig and Smoke highly enough. They catered for our wedding in May at Launcells Barton and honestly the food was incredible. Jordan and Ollie were professional, helpful and approachable throughout and nothing was too much trouble. They were happy to change menus for unwell relatives at the last minute and adapt the menu to fit any dietary requirements.

Fig and Smoke made the most amazing food for us and every single guest commented on how amazing the food was. The whole team at Fig and Smoke are absolutely wonderful and we cannot recommend them enough

Fig & Smoke were our wedding caterers and we are SO pleased we chose them. Every aspect of their service from the first communication to the tasting session to setting up crockery/cutlery the day before and to the wedding day itself was faultless. Many of our guests told us the food was some of the best food they'd had at any wedding, and we agree!! We had the sharing platters which went down very well and F&S were very accomodating of any guests with dietary preferences or requirements.
A couple of specific points we loved and have to mention - 1. Everything was included! They sort out all the cutlery/crockery which means no hidden costs or faff having to hire this in separately. 2. They were able to provide food for everything from the drinks reception canapes, the wedding breakfast itself and the evening food to keep people fuelled for the rest of the night.
I'm a big foodie and I have to say everything was really delicious with great portion sizes! 3. Great ethos with sensonality and great ingredients, clearly a chef with passion who very much knows his stuff!
We can't thank the owners Jordan and Ollie enough for their hardwork and we can't wait to pop back into your cosy pub for more of your delicious food and warm hospitality!

Fig & Smoke catered for our wedding at Higher Eggbeer Farm, Dartmoor for circa 100 guests in August 2023, including canapes, sharing mains and desserts. It was all honestly so perfect and so many of our guests came up to us throughout the day commenting on how scrumptious the food was (the beef brisket probably got the most votes!). When we first met Jordan at our tasting meal earlier in the year we knew we were in good hands, not only was the food amazing but we felt so comforted to have Jordan and her team on board - any questions we had, no matter how small or trivial, were answered immediately and whenever we spoke to Jordan throughout the process I just knew things would run smoothly, which they did! The food and friendly professional service Fig & Smoke provided exceeded our expectations, thank you so much! Hope the whole team are well and see you guys soon 🙂

We hired Fig and Smoke for our wedding in Devon and we can’t rate them highly enough. They were very generous with their time and we had countless meetings to curate the perfect food for our day. They are a fantastic team/couple.

They had a substantial back catalogue for inspiration. Once we nailed down a rough idea they invited us for a free tasting event to work out if that was what we wanted and if anything needed altering. We were very happy with what they made us! On the wedding day everything ran smoothly out of the kitchen and they’re waiting staff were all very friendly and attentive. And of course the food was fantastic and all the guests had delicious food with no one going hungry.

They also catered for a gathering of 30 people the night before the wedding which was also really nice - they are just so happy to do whatever they can for you. We originally booked a pizza van with another company for our evening food but they had to cancel last minute - luckily Fig & Smoke stepped up and covered our evening food.

In summary, they provide a friendly bespoke service and most importantly the food is super delicious!
