Took my boys bike in to ask what parts I needed to fix the brake, and he noticed the brakes were the wrong way round (European set up). No parts were needed and he fixed both issues there and then. No charge. Fantastic helpful and friendly. I’ll be sure to use them for any parts I need.

Just collected my little Btwin road bike after a service, new tyres etc from Simon and the team and it’s a really great job they’ve done and for a reasonable price. Bike has also been cleaned which is a nice touch. They will certainly be looking after my family’s other bikes. Thanks guys.

Messed up building my new bike, but they were helpful and explanatory and saved me a lot of money on replacing brand new components I had harmed by just about managing to repair the existing crankshaft.
Very good value and I will be back for a service 😅

We have just had the pleasure of shopping in Figgures bike shop. What a great shop and experience thanks in most part to James the extremely helpful and friendly guy working there. He fitted immediately the water bottle carriers to our bikes and even put some drinking water into them. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone that wants help with their bike or quite frankly anything!! Thanks James

Gave my bike for a service and was about to collect it and almost paid for a service when I realized nothing was actually done. The gentleman then adviced me that the bikes got mixed up and was not serviced. The following day got a call and a quote of £140 which was originally a service of £35. I probably will never Go back or recommend this place to anyone.
