I had an excellent experience with First Light Electrical Services. From the initial quote provided by Lee to the installation and removal handled by Neil, the whole team was incredibly professional. Neil, in particular, was outstanding—he was very friendly, answered all my questions, and consistently arrived on time.

He did a fantastic job and even cleaned up after himself, leaving the place spotless. I highly recommend First Light Electrical Services for their top-notch service and dedication to customer satisfaction.

This was our second electrical install by First Light Electrical Services and we are again, extremely happy with their services. Our first job was an electrical install for an outbuilding and safety testing with new outdoor cables and fixtures. Our second job was a big interior light installation in our very poorly lit commercial shop. Both times, the works completed were to the highest of standards, carried out neatly and efficiently. The installers were professional, polite, friendly and very tidy - taking great care and attention to detail in their work. Our showroom is now superbly lit, bright and airy, I only wish we'd done it sooner!
We highly recommend First Light Electrical, and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

The engineers came and installed an EV charger for my car at home in Seer Green.
A bespoke unit , so as to not be so tall and obvious. They helped me through the phone app during commissions. Efficient , tidy , attentive and good value. I would definitely use them again.

I contacted Dan from First Light Electrical for a quote to supply power via an armoured cable to my outbuilding at the back of my garden. Dan arrived on time and was very professional from the outset. He made a note of all my requirements and then provided a detailed quote for all wiring, sockets, lighting switches, and other ancillary equipment. Dan intelligently questioned my requirements and helped guide me to find the most cost-effective approach to achieving what i needed.

On installation day, Scott arrived on time and re-comfirmed all the details, and had no problems making a few minor adjustments that I thought of in the interim (thank you).

Unfortunately, I explained that due to rain, I could not clear things out as much as I'd hoped. Again, Scott was incredibly accommodating and didn't hesitate to muck in and help me out (even though I should have done this!). All the work was completed to a high standard, and it was really tidy. Very impressed.

Over the years, I have dealt with many tradespeople. However, Dan and Scott from First Light Electrical were distinctly different. Very professional, intelligent, and accommodating, which took away all the stress to get the job done on time. A rare quality amongst most of the tradespeople I have come across over the years, I'm glad to have met them. Definitely recommend them if you want a professional job at a very reasonable price. My parents, in their 90's had no electricity. I contacted First Light and they immediately found space to visit them . They were prompt, arriving when they said they would and amazingly discovered the fault quickly, called to explain the issue and how they'd correct it - great communication. Dad, called to tell me how good they were and polite too. I'd recommend First Light and will definitely use them again.

Lee the owner came to give us a quote for outside electric works as well as some upgrading to the main consumer unit and internal sockets. The quote arrived promptly and was competitive. Two of his team, Ryan and Ollie spent several days at our house completing all the work. They were punctual and polite and took pride in their work, carrying everything out to a good standard. We are very happy with the finished result and our new garden lights. Would definitely recommend this local company.

He had a fuse box tripping out which left him without power on a Friday afternoon, and the team were able to get to the property at short notice within a couple of hours and quickly identify the issue. They did a quick fix so that we could repower the house and then further work was carried out later to resolve and rectify the problem long term, with the repair done efficiently. Dad was very pleased with competence and professionalism of the team and I'd definitely recommend them the next time someone has an issue!
