We have been to the shop today driving from Trowbridge to Bristol, and wanted to get some fresh fish but we were disappointed because after ordering when was the time to pay, the sellers wanted only cash but it was never mentioned or written anywhere that the card machine was not working. As usual we had always paid with card, and never had issues whereas this time they refused and tried to teach consumers where to take out cash, even though we asked to send the money by bank transfer but refused that too. The fish is very good, but it can’t say the same for customer service.

Unhygienic place and has no fresh fish..
Cheating in weight scale by weighting the fish waste along with the fish slices.. The guy does not know how to make fish slices.. I wasted my time, money, energy! For a rotten fish

Don't understand shops that offer contact numbers but never answer.... what's the point? I was happy with my purchases there but their customer service is lacking and in doing so can't meet my needs. Time to change for a shop that actually cares!!
