Excellent quality meat from a great butcher. We had steaks, lamb and pork chops, sausages, burgers and bacon- all great. When we were in the area on holiday (June 2024) they were open Tues-Sat, 8am-1pm. Rudyard Kipling got his meat here!

Great local family butcher. Always been happy with the meat that I have purchased here. The Burwash Beauty sausages are a must try, excellent flavour and don't shrink when cooked unlike supermarket sausages that end up half the size and a pool of fat in the pan. Burwash Beauties are the real deal and much better value

I travel from Bexhill for the sausages and beefburgers from Jarvis butchers....and I "don't eat" beefburgers! The sausages are enormous and packed with flavour. Quality. ?
