There are great guys working on the team that do the actual work, the company is not a reflection of them. However the service is ridiculously poor in terms of cost, logistics and ethics. The company is clearly only interested in installing gear that will become redundant in a short space of time so they can charge the earth for replacements that they can rope you into their expensive services for. Their team is clearly over stretched, a friend had to wait 5 months for someone to come and fix some kit that had started leaking the day after service and was unsafe, only for flamefast to show up on the wrong day unannounced. The company peddles the idea that only they can service the things they make, when any qualified gas or LEV engineer can do a perfectly good job as a fraction of the cost. The higher ups are simply attempting to leach off of educational budgets, do not be drawn in.
