RIP OFF: Quoted £350 for a job I got done locally for £180. Absolute joke. Seriously, how do you operate, when you're actively trying to rob people.
It's sad Lenovo choose to use these guys as their repair company. Luckily as I work with them, so I'll inform management to hopefully try and change suppliers.

Despicable and disgusting behaviour from Lenovo. After months of asking them to fix a hardware issue which makes the laptop randomly reboot on both linux, windows and their own defunct windows 10 recovery os, I was not provided with a proper repair or collection service. How long must it take to fix one laptop Now I have to issue a chargeback to get my money back for the faulty device that was sold.

Laptop sent for repair via HP. They could not find fault so request steps to reproduce. Ignored my response with steps and a video, as well as ignoring following emails checking if the steps allowed them to reproduce and received no response. Instead, they decide to ship my laptop back with no repair made.

Had a laptop sent to repair to get a letter saying it was misuse... they cleaned the log files which specified the issue was there since it was bought... 1 star, zero competency, a lot of dishonesty...
