1) the website doesn't exist
2) the catalogue is almost 3 years old
3) I've just had a minor flood due to the failure of a 5p piece of rubber in a Torbeck Cistern Valve. It caused the incoming water to not enter via the antisiphon tube but via the side port opposite (that should have been blocked by the rubber), striking the side of the cistern and causing so much internal splashing that it dripped down outside the cistern. It happened overnight and had been leaking for hours before I noticed. Apart from the repainting costs, I've had to buy a new complete valve. Appalling design!

On my third fluidmaster syphon in 2 years on the same loo. Poorly made, prone to failure. The telephone help line has been replaced about 8 months ago by email help, but the help address is not mentioned on the info leaflet. Might be British made but American owned with all the arrogance to customers that implies. Avoid

Awful. Bought a toilet handle off them and its design is terrible. Plastic spindle spins so there`s no way you can tighten the plastic nut. Avoid their company like the plague.
